Self-Collection

Self-collection orders can be picked up from our showroom, 59, Ubi Avenue 1, #05-08, Bizlink Centre, the next day after order confirmation and payment.

Our self-collection hours are from 11am to 6pm, Mondays to Fridays.


Local Shipping

All orders will be processed and packed within 2 business days after receipt of order and payment. Delivery will then be made within 2 business days after dispatch of orders.

Local delivery is free for all orders above $100 (not applicable during promotion periods). For orders below $100, local trackable postage starts from $4.

A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order has been dispatched. You will be able to track the status of the delivery with the link provided in the email.

Next business day express local delivery is available at $15. We will contact you upon order confirmation to arrange the preferred delivery time slot.


International Shipping

Malaysia

Rates will be automatically calculated and reflected upon checkout. All deliveries will be handled by Singapore Post.

Orders will be processed and packed within 2 business days after receipt of order and payment.

Exchanges

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging attached with tags or labels. Minor differences in measurements or colour differences due to lighting are not considered defects. If your exchange is invalid, we will notify you and send the item back to you.

Items like earrings and hair accessories cannot be returned for hygiene purposes. Only regular priced items may be returned and unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

For items with sizes, we can only exchange your item for the right size and not other items.

To complete your exchange, please take a photo of the defect with your proof of purchase and email them to us within 24 hours of receipt of your order.


Return Shipping

To return your product, please drop them off or mail them to: 59, Ubi Avenue 1, #05-08, Bizlink Centre, Singapore 408933.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
